Matthew Eppinette
Executive Director Academy of The Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity
Matthew Eppinette, MBA, PhD is Executive Director of The Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity and serves on the Academy of Fellows Executive Committee. He has over two decades of experience in bioethics, including previous service at CBHD from 2002–2007. Dr. Eppinette holds a PhD in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, along with graduate degrees in Theology and Bioethics. He also earned an MBA from Louisiana Tech University and a BS in Business Management from LSU Shreveport.
William Adjei
Program Operations at KBC
William Adjei is a senior leader at KBC, focused on strategy, growth, and the performance of enterprise accounts. He brings over 20 years of experience from CBRE, where he held leadership roles across research, investment sales, brokerage, and global occupier outsourcing, contributing to over $5B in transactions and overseeing accounts generating $380M+ in annual revenue. William has completed executive education at Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School, and is a frequent speaker and faculty member at CoreNet Global. He serves on several non-profit boards and lives with his family in suburban Chicago.

Michael Conley is Chief Revenue Officer at BlueVoyant, a global leader in internal and external cyber defense, where he leads business growth across international markets and industries. With over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, he has helped major global clients achieve measurable outcomes through technology. Prior to BlueVoyant, he held executive roles at CDW’s Sirius Computer Solutions and Forsythe, where he also served on the board of directors. He is a frequent guest lecturer on cybersecurity at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and the University of Notre Dame.
